Vietnam authorities declare state of emergency over shortage of water
The province of Tan Phu Dong area in Vietnam is hit with drought and saline intrusion. People living in this province are suffering from shortage of fresh water which triggers the decision of the Vietnam authorities on Saturday to declare the state of emergency in the region.
