Prominent online radio stations missed out in 2024 Primus Media Awards.
The Primus Media Awards, an annual award event recognizing excellence in the media industry among young professionals aged 21-30.
The award was only recognized terrestrial radio stations in Oyo State only before it stretches her wings outside the state and now recognizes the online radio stations.

However in this year edition of the award, some prominent online radio stations suffers set back despite the years they’ve been operating.
The selection of Celica, Abinibi and Carnival Radio for the award is questionable as people think there are over 70 online radio stations in Oyo State at large.
In a survey conducted by our newsmen, many opined that Fortress radio should have been included in the category. While others suggested that Ibarapa radio, AIM FM TV, Pop radio, GVBN, Fortress radio, Knowledge radio among others.
